The Rickenbacker 615 and 625 shipped with an Accent vibrato. It used to be that swapping that out for a trapeze tailpiece meant drilling a new hole for the strap bolt because the standard trapeze bracket requires that hole to in a different place.  That's not the optimal solution.  This is: this bracket uses the original strap bolt hole to secure a trapeze compatible bracket.  No muss, no fuss, no holes to drill.
