If you're lucky enough to have a 4005 or similar tribute -- but unlucky enough to be missing the tailpiece -- this harp tailpiece is just what you're looking for.  It's got the same profile as the impossible-to-find original tailpiece, and if you bundle it with a genuine R tailpiece bracket, that's as close as you're going to get without lopsing an appendage or two.
