If you've got a right-handed Accent vibrato that you'd like to put on a left-handed guitar, you'll be wanting to take a look at this.  It's a left-handed comb and arm to convert that vibrato to a lefty.  You'll need to provide the tailpiece, spring, and arm screw, and this does the rest.
