This is a brand new, replacement arm for the Kauffman vibrola used on the short-scale Rickenbacker® 325 and later C58.
 
A few of the early vibrolas apparently used an arm with only one bend.  Just like this one: one bend, one big knob, and a whole lotta chrome.
