It's the poor man's neck reset!  If you've got an older guitar with high action and the bridge is bottomed out, this may be just what you need.  It's an ultra-thin bridge plate with dimples spaced to match height screw layout on pre-1985 bridges.  And because it's so thin, you can lower your bridge another 1/16" or so -- which translates to 2/64" lower action at the 12th fret.  That may be enough.  It's certainly a lot cheaper than pulling the neck out of your guitar.  Includes screws.
